To ensure the high finish, excellent solder ability and long life of our products, we plate our jobs ourselves in our in-house RoHs compliant plating plant.

•  We do Copper+Nickel+Tin plating in-house
•  Tin Plating is done in both Bright and Satin finish
•  Special temp. resistant satin tin plating that does not stain or darken during soldering
•  We also perform masking and plating at places as needed
•  Calibrated Facility for plating thickness testing
•  Plating is RoHs compliant
•  Excellent solder ability

We have our in-house brazing facility with 20Kw Resistance Brazing machines and 25Kw Induction Brazing facility. We also have our own furnace for the purpose on 'Furnace Brazing'.

•  Resistance as well as Induction Brazing facility
•  Post brazing accuracies as close as 0.05mm
•  Excellent conductivity, strength and connectivity
•  Brazing join strength as high as 2000 Kgs. is achieved and tested 100% as needed
•  Brazing and soldering a continuous and blow-hole free to ensure excellent conductivity
•  We perform Brazing/Soldering of Copper to Copper, Brass to Brass, Brass to Copper and also to metalized film if needed

To ensure the high strength and conductivity of our 'Connector Assemblies' we perform our own brazing and soldering for our connector assemblies.

With connectors comes insulation. We have our own moulding facility for making insulation as needed.

•  In the form of strips and Casing for DC-Link capacitors
•  In the form of heat shrinkable sleeves for bus bars
•  In the form of insulation for threaded connectors
•  We can also over-mould the insulation on machined plated parts as needed
•  We perform vacuum-moulding to ensure blow-hole free and high density molding to ensure highest resistance and insulation
•  We also have testing equipment to test insulation resistance and current leakage if any in micro-Amps. For voltages as high as 5kV

To ensure the high strength and conductivity of our ‘Connector Assemblies’ we perform our own brazing and soldering for our connector assemblies.
